16 suspected cultists arrested in Ogun

16 suspected cultists were arrested by the Ogun State Police at the Ewekoro Local Government Area of the state, Vanguard reports.


Some of the suspects who were students of a polytechnic in Itori area of state were arrested by the police during their initiation ceremony after a tip off.

The suspects have been transferred to the Department of Criminal Investigation, Eleweran, Abeokuta for further interrogation.
